Simone Silé from Pittsburgh, PA is graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts in Horn Performance. During her time at CMU she has become an avid freelancer within Pittsburgh playing with the Butler County Symphony, Westmoreland Symphony, and several high school musical productions. In addition, to her horn playing she has also honed her skills for becoming an orchestral librarian. At CMU she was the Head Librarian for both the Philharmonic and Wind Ensemble. During the summer, she has worked at the Brevard Music Center, the National Repertory Orchestra, the Aspen Music Festival and School, and this summer she will be with the Santa Fe Opera. In her freetime she enjoys knitting, calligraphing, book binding, and spending time with her family.

Sam Slockbower is currently completing a BFA in Horn Performance under William Caballero at Carnegie Mellon University. While in high school she performed in New Jersey's County, Regional, and State festivals. She was also invited to perform Mahler's First Symphony with the New Jersey Youth Symphony at Carnegie Hall. She also performed regularly with the New Jersey Wind Symphony. She spent two summers touring Europe with the American Music Abroad festival and represented American musicianship through weekly concerts. She regularly performs in the Carnegie Mellon Wind Ensemble, the Carnegie Mellon Brass Ensemble, and the Carnegie Mellon Philharmonic.
